Recruiting Background/What you enjoy about recruiting?
I have almost 17 years of agency and corporate recruiting experience. It’s hard to believe that much time has passed! It doesn’t feel like that long. I love the connections I have made and continue to make with candidates. I love establishing long term relationships – you never know when the right role might open for someone – and potentially changing someone’s life with an offer.

Greatest (or most recent) professional success:
I’ve recently been reassigned to Executive Talent Acquisition as part of their new Technology TA team. I’m very excited to see what kind of impact I can have there.

Unique talents/interests:
Outside of work, you may find me at the dog park making sure our Siberian Husky runs. Believe me, they need to run! I enjoy editing my daughter’s books (I was a writing teacher before I switched careers into recruiting). I love collaborating with her on her work. Her first book will be published this Spring.
