Dave co-owns delivery within Cornerstone RPO, offering executive leadership and oversight over Cornerstone RPO’s engagements.

Dave’s focus is to provide thought leadership and drive strategy, focusing on the acquisition and development of CRPO’s consultants and creating effective value propositions for our clients.

Dave began consulting in the recruitment space 20 years ago with RD Raab, a leader and pioneer in RPO. During his time at RDR he supported and led engagements with many of the top financial services and software applications firms in the nation. Dave moved on from RDR to become a Partner at Cornerstone RPO.
