Recruiting Background/What you enjoy about recruiting?
I started my career with Intel as a manufacturing technician. The company culture was excellent, but I lacked a spark for the semiconductor industry. I have a true passion for helping people land their next position! I realize that top talent receives countless emails/calls from other recruiters. So, my first objective is to WIN a phone conversation. I strive to provide the best experience during every interaction by being open and transparent to build a rapport/gain trust. I believe a straightforward approach brings the “walls down” and allows me to separate myself from the competition. I feel that silence is deadly during the recruiting process. I prefer to over-communicate and provide estimated timeframes during an initial call. I enjoy sharing continuous feedback and no news updates along the way if unforeseen delays occur.
