Recruiting Background/What you enjoy about recruiting?
I have been in the recruiting field for many years. I had several positions with my first company in the industry. It was a personnel agency out of Chicago. I was with them for 19 years and left to move to Nashville to be closer to family. When I moved to Nashville I was the Director of Recruiting for a national photography company. The pandemic shifted my career path temporarily to outside sales but I missed recruiting and Cornerstone RPO came to my rescue. I love using my recruiting knowledge to help companies find quality employees and I love helping candidates find a job they will love.
Greatest (or most recent) professional success:
My greatest professional success has to be when a recruiter, who reported to me, told me I was the best Manager she had ever worked for. She stated that I empowered her to grow professionally and personally. She could feel that I cared for her and her successes and was always there to support her.
Unique talents/interests:
I am most proud of raising two wonderful daughters as a single mom. They are now grown but still need me to watch their dogs or check on their homes when they travel. Besides that, I love gardening and anything to do with water and the beach.
