Recruiting Background/What you enjoy about recruiting?
I have too many years of recruiting. I have never focused in just one area and have been blessed to work in a wide variety of industries. I enjoy the challenge of working with managers and companies to find that ultimate unicorn. I also enjoy the passion of connecting the right candidate with their next career move.
Greatest (or most recent) professional success:
I have worked some of the hardest positions in Sales, Leadership, & IT. The game and challenge it takes to find companies for these specialized individuals is success for me. I would also have to say that in today’s market a placement in itself is a huge “WIN”. Being able to navigate through the struggles and educate hiring managers and organizations on the market is a win in itself as well.
I was a collegiate golfer. I am a huge sports junky and love the Packers. I have been to over 25 Dave Matthews concerts across the country.
